A teaching professional with an abundance of hands-on experience and arts and wellness knowledge with skills and credential's in competitions, performances, choreography, and instruction and with physical and intellectual skills for all discipline's of dance. Along with dance knowledge, a knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Pedagogy, Dance history and origins, and a talent for working with students of all ages and levels.
She studied abroad in Mexico for a year as an exchange student through AFS after becoming the Kellogg's Scholarship recipient. She also sailed across the Atlantic with Mass Maritime working as the crew aerobics instructor. She returned and earned her degree in dance from Dean College, graduating on the Dean's List. Danielle continued her education at UMASS Dartmouth as a Spanish major in secondary education. She lived in California pursuing an acting career but returned for an offer to open a dance studio in Marion. Danielle was the first to bring a dance program to the Marion Recreation Department and was co-founder of PIE (Parents Involved in Education). She taught dance and Spanish at Tabor Academy and she had co-owned and operated the Balancing Room Dance Academy and in 2012 opened Adagio Arts & Wellness Center in Marion to be an umbrella of all activities related to the arts and wellness. Danielle has been very active in her community volunteering as an assistant for local sports programs, Parent volunteers, Faith formation teacher, Girl Scout Trrop Leader, and holding a secretarial position for the AFS Parent Chapter.
